I am sharing a  yummiest recipe today from meals
Chicken on Rice Crackers or any other crackers available at super store that are microwavable.

They are super delicious yet a low fat version

Rice crackers 4-5
Chicken minced 2pounds
Onions 2 medium finely chopped
Green chillies 2 finely chopped
Garlic 2 cloves finely chopped
Salt to taste
Red crushed pepper to taste
oil 1/4th cup
Mayo as needed
cherry tomatoes to decorate
Finely chopped parsley
Tomato Ketchup as per taste
Oregano to sprinkle (Let the Italy penetrate)


First microwave the available cracker options and set aside
Next heat oil in a wok or pan, add garlic, onions  sauté it.
Add in salt and pepper and green chillies cook well until all the moisture is dried and chicken is well cooked
Next arrange crackers in a plate
Top it with minced meat followed by mayo's or you can also substitute it with sour cream
Next garnish it with parsley ,cherry tomato and a drizzle of ketchup
Finally sprinkle oregano on top


1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 cup warm milk (100 – 110°F)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 whole eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons fine salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) instant yeast
4 1/2 cups (20 ounces) bread flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Combine the water, milk, 1 tablespoon of the oil, eggs, sugar, salt, garlic powder, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer. Add 2 cups of the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the dough forms a rough, shaggy mass. Attach the dough hook to the mixer, turn to medium-low speed, and gradually add the remaining flour, kneading until a mass of dough begins to forms. Continue kneading on medium-high speed for 4 to 5 minutes until a soft, smooth ball of dough is formed. The dough should feel elastic and slightly tacky to the touch.
Lightly spray a large clean bowl with cooking spray and place the dough in the bowl. Cover the bowl lightly with plastic wrap. Let rise for about 45 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature or until the dough is big, puffy, and about doubled in size.
Spray a 13×9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Gently deflate the dough. Use a bench scraper, knife, or pizza wheel to divide the dough into 15 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place in the prepared pan. Brush with the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle the rolls evenly with the parmesan cheese. Lightly cover the dough with plastic wrap and let the rolls rise for 30 minutes, or until about doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm. Store leftovers in a plastic bag for up to 3 days.

Step by step awesomeness of homemade zinger,
                    fresh,and hygienic

Ingredients Required

  1. Half Kg chicken piece (Breast or Boneless)
  2. One tea spoon of Black pepper
  3. One tea spoon of Salt
  4. One tea spoon of Mustard powder
  5. One and half tea spoon of Chinese salt
  6. Two table spoons of Worcestershire sauce
  7. Bun as required
  8. Mayonnaise as required
  9. Cheese slice as requied
  10. Oil to fry zinger burger

For batter preparation you will need

  1. Two table spoons of Flour
  2. One piece Egg
  3. One fourth tea spoon of Baking Powder
  4. Two table spoons of Corn flour
  5. Two table spoons of Rice flour
  6. One and half tea spoon of Salt
  7. To prepare batter for zinger burger you have to add water in above mentioned 5 things as required.

For coating of zinger burger you will need

  1. One cup of Corn flakes
  2. One cup of Breadcrumbs
  3. One cup of Chips

Step by step instructions to prepare zinger burger like KFC

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients and leave it for 24 hours.
  2. Now to prepare batter mix all ingredients i mentioned above for batter preparation of zinger burger. And make a thick batter.
  3. Now mix all ingredients i mentioned for coating of zinger burger and crush it and remember don’t make powder of it.
  4. Dip marinated chicken in batter and then coat it with coating we prepare.
  5. Then fry it until it become golden brown
  6. Now cut bun into two slices and put mayonnaise on it.
  7. Now place slices of cheese on bun and you can also place lettuce leaves in it but i don’t like these so i never place them.
  8. And now your zinger burger like KFC is prepared and now ready to serve with ketchup.
