Ok Here We Go

 

 

Ingredients:



 

3 Large Eggs

3.5 ounces of cream cheese

pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder(optional)
Method
Separate the egg whites and yolks in two different bowls
Beat the  whites with salt until stiff peak forms
 

       Next mix the egg yolks and cream cheese together




Add baking powder if you want

Scoop them out with a rounded large spoon onto the baking tray





Bake on a middle shelf at 300 F until they turn golden brown

 


 

 

          Eat them without guilt the way you like
